M18A mk3 GTI Turbo Swift

Now this car is a one of a kind and only one ever done as far as i'm aware. This mk3 Swift GTI was converted to run a 1.8 ltr VVT engine with a hybrid TD04 Turbo. Also fitted was a XR6 intercooler hidden behind the front bar, stand alone engine management ECU, 2.5" exhaust, BOV, larger injectors, heavy duty clutch and lightened flywheel, forged internals. At the moment i am only running 10psi but am looking at running 15psi once i upgrade the inlet manifold (standard manifold is too restrictive). currently it is a pretty quick car to drive coming on boost at round 2300rpm pulling hard till about 6000rpm. she has more torque than an standard Evo 9 at 4000rpm (340nm) all in a car that weighs a smidge more than 800kgs, so she wheelspins quite easily in 1st 2nd and 3rd.

I just wanna say thanks to Dave (a.k.a the mad scientist) from DMW Motorsport for building this lil pocket rocket, this is truely one awesome lil car!!!!! :-)
